Sewing dresses,
And fretting over my looks,
Attractive.

I am not extremely thin, athletic, or soft.
I'm just a girl, hoping you think that
Evening walks,
Waltzing in the living room,
And just talking
Are suitable things to do.

I am not always pleasant, charming, or agreeable.
I'm just a girl hoping for someone who
Is willing to take the time to understand,
Is patient with me,
And who will never give up when things get hard.
